About us 

Flip Eats is a New York City-based business created by husband and wife team, Chef Joel Javier and Rachel Javier. What started in 2015 as a singular pop-up event, has now grown into a full-service venture. Through Chef Joel’s experiences working alongside Michelin-starred chefs in New York City and Europe, along with Rachel’s experiences organizing high-level events, Flip Eats creates one-of-a-kind dining experiences with its seasonally driven and global flavors, while paying homage to treasured Filipino fares.
